| The food here at the Z Lazy B Guest Ranch isn't
gourmet fare, even though we tease Mickey Fuhs, the owner, that he's the
best Slavic gourmet chef in these parts! You won't find caviar or
any delicacies here, though. What you will find is fresh, homestyle
meals that will satisfy your hunger and your expectations. We specialize in country cooking: lots of beef, chicken and even some pork, with a blend of Mexican food added in. Large portions are served and fresh food is the rule here. Mickey has his smoker on the premises and he smokes a lot of meats for the menu. If you are a hunter and would like for us to smoke some of your game, bring it along and we'll cook it! If you have any dietary needs, we are very willing to work with your requests with appropriate notice. |

Our dining hall interior has a capacity of
about 70 people, but we've found that our large outdoor area is the most
popular. With a capacity of 200 people under the roof, we are able
to handle large groups during the seasonal months. Mickey and the staff are able to meet the needs of a large group's meal plans. With a large institutional-sized kitchen, we are able to serve meals that will please the most discriminating person, while providing the meal in a prompt manner. We offer meal service to all of our cabin guests, and we also offer dinners to the public on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights. We offer lunch service on Saturday and Sundays-please make reservations before you come-space can be very limited. |
